MUTABLOOM

Mutabloom support

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Email info@crindustries.xyz and say what happened, what you expected instead, and which iPhone and iOS version you are on. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. If the game closed on its own, sending the crash report from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements tells us far more than a description can.

Mutabloom is not released yet. Until it is, this page is here so the answers exist before the questions do.

Where my garden is kept, and iCloud

Your save is a file in Mutabloom's own storage on your iPhone. It is written as you play, so there is no save button and nothing to lose by force-quitting.

If you are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive on, the game also keeps a copy in the private iCloud container iOS gives it, in your iCloud account. That is what carries the garden to a new phone: sign in to the same Apple Account, install Mutabloom, and it picks up where the last device left off. We cannot read that file — see the privacy policy.

A few things worth knowing about sync:

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to a device or to any account of ours, so this works on any device you are signed in on and after any reinstall.

If a purchase does not come back, check that the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with — that is nearly always the answer — then email us with the date of the purchase. Apple's receipt email has everything we need. Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Remove Ads and I am still being offered ads

That is intentional, and it is worth explaining properly rather than leaving you to conclude you were cheated.

Remove Ads removes the ads that interrupt you. It deliberately keeps the ones that pay you.

Gone for good: the interstitials between screens — after the shop, after selling, on leaving the journal — and any banner the game ever adds.

Still there, on purpose: the optional rewarded videos. Doubling a "while you were away" harvest, a thirty-minute growth boost, a shop re-roll, cloud seeding, halving an egg timer, the free daily premium seed, the extra offline hours, the weekly streak freeze.

Those are rewards, not tolls. If buying Remove Ads switched them off, the purchase would quietly take away free gems, free seeds and free boosts from the people who paid for it. Nobody presses a rewarded button by accident: it says what you get, and nothing happens until you press it. A Gardener's Pass works the same way.

If an interstitial appears after you have bought Remove Ads, that is a fault and we want to hear about it. Close the game and open it again first, since the purchase takes full effect from the next launch, and run Restore Purchases if it persists.

Streaks, and how not to lose one

Any harvest keeps the streak alive for that day, including one you tap from a Live Activity on the Lock Screen. You do not have to open the game to keep a streak, and it does not care how much you harvest — one plant counts.

If a streak broke while a freeze was sitting unused, that is a bug. Tell us the date and we will look.

Offline earnings, and why they stop

Plants keep growing in real time while the app is closed — that part has no cap at all. What is capped is how long your pets keep harvesting for you while you are away:

Come back after two days and you get the cap, not two days' worth. The cap exists so that the game is a garden you visit rather than a spreadsheet that punishes you for having a life, and so that the "while you were away" screen stays a pleasant surprise instead of the only way to play.

The recap on your return always offers one rewarded video to double what you collected. That offer is once per return, and skipping it costs you nothing you had.

Changing your device clock does not create earnings. The game checks wall-clock time against how long the device has actually been running and caps anything implausible.

Egg odds

Every egg that costs gems shows its drop rates in full, on the purchase screen, before you spend anything, and the same table is available at any time from the Pets screen. Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary eggs each have their own published table.

Nothing in Mutabloom is a paid loot box in disguise: gems are earned by playing as well as bought, eggs are one of the things you can spend them on, and the odds are the same whichever way you got the gems.

Turning things off

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the save on the device. To remove the iCloud copy too, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete Mutabloom's data there.

Game Center achievements and leaderboard entries belong to your Game Center account rather than to the app, so they survive deleting the game; Apple's Game Center settings are where you manage them.

For anything else — analytics, crash reports, a request under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or a US state privacy law — email info@crindustries.xyz and say what you want deleted. The privacy policy lists everything that exists to delete, which is a short list on purpose.

Reporting an ad

If an ad shows you something inappropriate, screenshot it while it is on screen, then use Settings → Report an ad in the game to send it to us. Tell us roughly when it happened. Every ad in Mutabloom comes from Google, and passing the report on is what gets that advertiser blocked for everybody playing.

A note on the numbers

The caps, timings and prices on this page are the ones the game launches with. Several of them are tuned from a server without an app update, so if we change one, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
